Gastronomic weekends with the white truffle

In November of every year we organise three gourmets – week-ends with many specialities with the white truffle. In this case we offer a viergängigens dinner including all, after Sommelier tradition of well-chosen drinks.

Pork fillet with truffle and potato gratin
Panna cotta with marinated pineapple and orange
Mixed small cut with truffle

Truffled soup of yellow pumpkin
Pasta with muschrooms

Quince cake with ricotta and chocolate

The guests are accommodated on these week-ends by us for uniform prices in rooms, flats or houses

€. 78,00 per person per day for a stay of 4 days including half board and drinks at the table included, € 84,00 per person per day for stays of 3 days and € 91,00 per person and day for a stay of only two days.
